Can I have the cake delivered or shipped?

We do not offer delivery or shipping services but for two-tier cakes, we offer weekend delivery within a feasible range. The cost is $60 plus $1.50 per round trip mile, with tolls as an additional expense from Moraga (based on availability). If pickup is inconvenient for you, you may consider using a 3rd party pick-up service (e.g., Uber package delivery).

How should I store the cake?

The cake should be stored in the refrigerator, and if exposed to direct sunlight, the flowers may wilt. For the best taste, remove from the refrigerator at least 1 hour before consuming.

Are there options for selecting ingredients? (gluten-free, sugar-free, etc.)

Unfortunately, our cakes cannot be customized in terms of ingredients.

beautiful cake

My family decided to do a last minute gathering to celebrate my mother’s birthday and the duty fell on me to get the cake. I had a vision of what I wanted, but also knew the reality of possibly settling for a mediocre cake due to time constraints. While browsing online for local bake shops, I came upon Pium Cake and was immediately drawn to the beautiful cakes pictured. I reached out in hopes of placing an order with just a few days notice. It turned out that the owner, Kayoung, have met each other before as our kids attend the same school! Kayoung was gracious enough to take my order and, boy, did she deliver. The cake was gorgeous! Better yet, the flavors were spot on. As Asians, we appreciated the just right level of sweetness. Thank you, Kayoung, for making my mom’s birthday much more memorable.
