My family decided to do a last minute gathering to celebrate my mother’s birthday and the duty fell on me to get the cake. I had a vision of what I wanted, but also knew the reality of possibly settling for a mediocre cake due to time constraints. While browsing online for local bake shops, I came upon Pium Cake and was immediately drawn to the beautiful cakes pictured. I reached out in hopes of placing an order with just a few days notice. It turned out that the owner, Kayoung, have met each other before as our kids attend the same school! Kayoung was gracious enough to take my order and, boy, did she deliver. The cake was gorgeous!
