ORDER
- Orders are accepted up to a minimum of 1 week prior to the pickup date. If there's less than a week left but you'd like to place an order, please leave us an email via the Contact Us page. We'll check availability and get back to you as soon as possible.
- Completing payment does not guarantee the fulfillment of an order. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will promptly issue a refund and provide an explanation. Custom design cakes (Serenity Blooms) require confirmation of the order after design consultation via email, text, or phone call.
- Order cancellations are accepted up to 1 week before the pickup date, and you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel 4-6 days before, a 50% refund will be issued, and cancellations made 1-3 days before pickup are non-refundable.
- Order modifications (color, flavor, size) are accepted up to 1 week before pickup, but may be subject to availability of ingredients.

PICK UP
- Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you an email with the pickup address and instructions.
- If you need to reschedule the pickup time or if you need to come at a time outside the provided pickup window, please email or message us and we'll respond promptly.

DELIVERY
- Delivery Availability: Deliveries are available Tuesday through Saturday during morning hours only. Please note that delivery may not be possible on certain days depending on our order volume. After receiving your order, we will confirm delivery availability as soon as possible.
- How to Request Delivery: When placing your order, please specify your preferred delivery date in the note section.
- Delivery Fees:
Up to 10 miles: $20
Up to 20 miles: $40
Up to 30 miles: $60
If you require delivery beyond 30 miles, we can arrange a handoff at a designated point within 30 miles.
Special Cake Deliveries: For two-tier cakes, please inquire separately for delivery details, as additional fees will apply. - Delivery Instructions: Someone must be present to receive the cake at the time of delivery. Cakes are fragile and must be refrigerated immediately to prevent damage. If no one is available to receive the cake and we need to leave it at your door, we cannot guarantee the quality of the cake. In some cases, such as extreme heat or if a safe drop-off point cannot be found, we may need to take the cake back, and refunds will not be issued in those cases.
- Storage and Pickup: If the cake needs to be returned due to failed delivery, we can store it for up to 1 day. You will need to pick it up from us directly.
