  • Secure Date with Deposit

    Reserve your date by submitting a 30% deposit.

  • Final Payment & Delivery

    Complete your payment at least 1 month before the event. We’ll take care of the rest.

FAQ

When should I place my wedding cake order?

We recommend placing your order at least 6–8 weeks in advance. Popular dates book up quickly, so the earlier the better!

Do you offer tastings?

Yes! We offer a Tasting Box with 6 signature flavors. Delivery and pickup options are available. If you decide to book your wedding cake with us, a portion of the tasting cost will be credited toward your order.

What is required to reserve my date?

A 30% deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 1 month before your event.

If your event is within 1 month of ordering, full payment is required upfront.

Can I change my design after placing an order?

Design updates are allowed once, up to 2 weeks before your pickup or delivery date.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

  • More than 1 month before: Full refund
  • 1 month to 2 weeks before: 50% refund
  • 2 weeks to 1 week before: 20% refund
  • Less than 1 week before: No refund

Note: Card processing fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Do you deliver?

Yes! Delivery is available throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Jose and Napa. Delivery fees are based on distance and will be quoted with your custom order.

Do you accommodate allergies?

All cakes are made in a kitchen that processes dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts. Please let us know about any allergies, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed online only. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and more through our secure checkout system.
